My Approach

Discover how specialized treatments can support your journey to healing and well-being.

I-CBT

Inference Based Cognitive Therapy (I-CBT) is a unique evidence based treatment for OCD. It is a cognitive model that focuses on understanding the reasoning process behind OCD.

ERP

Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) is the 'gold-standard' in treating OCD. It involves making contact with triggers and learning to respond differently, shrinking OCD over time.

ACT

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is woven into all the work that I do. ACT involves prioritizing your values while making room for incoming thoughts and feelings.
